What our clients say:When you step foot in this place you will be completely astonished!
"I don't even know where to begin. As a male planning a wedding because my wife had no free time during the day, I was tasked with planning about 90%
of the wedding. Needless to say.... I would do it all over again in a heartbeat. When you go to rapids for a tour of the venue, you might as well bring your deposit money with you. We were greeted by Lindsay P. She gave us the full tour and sat with us and gave us drinks and snacks and was probably the nicest person we have ever met. She went over all the plans and options and prices with us so wonderfully it seemed like we had been family or friends for years." - Mark Read More Reviews

Whenever we had a question Lindsay responded right away and provided a degree of support and care I will be forever grateful for. Her genuine kindness is possibly exceeded only by her attentiveness and competence." - Stephanie Read More Reviews
What our clients say:Last night was so amazing it is hard
to put into words!
"All I know is this, my son, Randy, and now my new daughter-in-law, Kristina chose Rapids for their wedding venue. Their staff took care of all our guests with a smile and white gloves. Every last detail that was planned came to fruition from start to finish, from the photo table, lighting, tables, music, photo booth, chair covers, to the appetizers and the outstanding dinner! Thanks to Rich's who catered this. Everyone was amazed when they came through the front doors. All we heard was a huge WOW!!! This will definitely be the topic everyone will be talking about as they head into work Monday morning. Thank you again for a spectacular evening!" - Andrea Read More Reviews
The History ofThe Rapids Theatre
The Rapids Theatre was originally constructed under the name of The Bellevue Theatre in 1921. It opened as a movie theatre and vaudeville stage, complete with a grand balcony and domed ceiling. After a long history of various ownerships and management changes, it most recently reopened as the Rapids Theatre in December 2009 on Main Street, Niagara Falls, NY.
This beautiful piece of architecture has been restored to all its original beauty. With its columned walls, the grand balcony and sculpted ceiling, The Rapids Theatre has unmatched beauty in an awesome display of craftsmanship and elegance. The attractiveness of the entrance and the marble and tile vestibule and lobby gives promise of the wonderful beauty of the foyer and auditorium, which is nothing short of captivating. The broad foyer is done in cypress and richly carpeted. The indirect lighting system throughout is of particularly enhancing design and in its soft glow, one glimpses appealing beauty on every side. There is nothing left to desire in that which the art builder and decorator devises.
